I had a fabulous experience at the Lakewood Carls Jr. Mr. Rhett at the drive thru window was a phenomenal customer service extraordinaire! Dude was fast, efficient, and super kind. I couldn’t ask for better service. On top of that the burgers were bussin’ and the fries were super hot and fresh. They even made sure I got my sauce which is kind of a big deal to me. Thank you to Rhett and the Lakewood Carls Jr for servin it!
Came back for my free sandwich and in or in order to order that I had to use the restaurant in person rather than my online app due to the one dollar minimum purchase, which was a blessing because they allowed me to use it to get extra bacon on the sandwich and not have to buy something that I didn’t need really really appreciate the great service! Must have the monster Biscuit at Carl’s Jr. definitely the best breakfast sandwich there !! and it beats out all other fast food joints in the breakfast category!
my husband and i grabbed lunch around 12:30, and the lady on drive thru was such a sweetie! she was so kind while taking the order, and even more so handing us the food. i forgot her name but she had dark hair and worked the window taking orders. her customer service is exceptional.
Food was fresh and the cashier Michalle is very polite and professional and took her job seriously and gave me a wonderful service I will definitely be coming back soon
